    No cutting required in this install. You are, however, required to remove the two black air dams inside the grill. They come out pretty easy after you remove the single plastic pop pin.

    I don't miss them. haha

    Edit: I do imagine that you could cut them to get everything to fit if you want to keep them, though.

    I have had mine for a while now and have been quite
    pleased with it. Had an issue at one point where it quit working
    so got under hood to check fuse holder. Moved fuse and it
    worked again, ok cool. Week later not working again. Ended
    finding the wire was coming out of the ground eyelet.
    100% now. :thumbsup:

    I ran it through an existing grommet to the left of the firewall. I can send you photos tomorrow. I absolutely agree there arent many instructions for that step. Took me a minute to figure out.

    A combo beam pattern is a combination of a spot beam and flood. The outsides of the white LEDs have flood reflectors, and the center of the bar is spot LEDs, which makes for a nice overall throw of the light. A spot beam does not have the flood reflectors, so it is best for very concentrated, long distance light projection.

    My dad has the combo on his tundra and I have the combo on my Tacoma. We love the set up. Good spot in the middle and a good spread from the flood. Best of both needs.

    With this combo, do you also have fog lights on as well or does the flood light pretty much negate the need to run fog lights as they just get overpowered by the light bar? Just interested in which setup I should go with when I finally pull the trigger on it.

    I still use my fogs and have them spread as far out as the adjustment let’s me go. But the fogs are close to the truck. Since the light bar is tucked behind the grill a does block a little bit of output close to the truck. It’s spread goes out a lot further. You will still notice the fogs when you look out your window at least with how wide I have mine the they are LED fogs

    The fog lights are a great addition, I run mine most of the time without using the 32" LED Lightbar, but with both of them on it will help with more side to side coverage of light.
