ah man fuck that movie, not that I hate it...I actually really like it, but it hits me square in the feels more and more each time I watch it.

I remember my parents taking me to see it when I was ~9 or so, my mom covered my eyes through probably half of it lol. Hated it as a kid of course because I didn't understand any of the humor or references, but that's a damn good movie.

oof, is that a cry for help?

honestly I like the weather. I still have a hard time not associating the feelings of panic and dread from fall from starting school even though I have been done for years.

It's an eternal cry for help until we finally move out of here  nah it's not so much the weather as it is the huge population. But the weather too. Actually it's probably equally both.

TBH maybe half the year here isn't so bad weather wise, fall and winter for us is usually in the 70s which I'd be crazy to complain about. It's the summer months that are brutal and Sept. is usually the worst. Although I woke up this morning to cool grey skies and drizzling rain which was awesome, but weird.

    yeah? which part

Sept is usually really hot here, it's the peak of fire season

Halloween typically marks the end of the hot weather until about April-ish

Yeah it does get boring. I like cooler weather and a bit of cloud cover so I tend to like overcast days more than brutally sunny ones. Especially because sunny mostly = hot out here.

But, at least I live near the mountains which are almost always covered in snow come winter time, so it's not too much of a drive to find winter weather. Just gotta gain elevation to find it out here.

Yeah you gotta be someone that really likes that kind of weather to appreciate it. I wouldn't mind living in a coastal climate if it were further north on the CA coast, but down south it's pretty much like you said...mid 70s and "perfect" weather year round, except even perfect gets boring lol.
