Is that an old Sprite bucket boat? I have a raft with similar coloring

Its a older self bailing Hyside with a oar rig setup. A friend bout it recently for a good price. Definitely heavier than newer versions

I wanted both sides to be windoors with slider and, well, per screen. But for a short cap they do not offer this option. Hence I chose one side being a windoor and the other sliding with pet screen for the dog. Not sure how sturdy the screen is but at least there will be something to prevent our little friend to get out..lol. Also ordered the Sulmberjack awning on Amazon yesterday to keep the back of the truck rain free for the most part.

I would rather pay 31K for a 2015 with 48k miles than pay more than 40K for a new turd gen. :spending:

Same. Hate to say it but I’d be in a Ranger before I was in a third gen.

Stop reading and believing everything that is posted on here. Despite what this forum thinks, there is nothing wrong with the 3rd gens.

I was super excited about the third gen, waited patiently until they arrived, scheduled a test drive, ultimately disappointed in both the feel of the truck and the looks. Obviously ended up with a 2015. And if that was totaled today I’d find another 2013-2015. Not say there’s anything wrong with the 3rd gen, but it’s not for me.

For me it's the 6 speed automatic, over here in the hills the 3rd gen is always changing gears looking for that sweet spot. When my father owned his he would always slide the trans. in drive and it would do better but it still shifted guite alot. Of course for me it's the transmission and I think it's ugly too. I'll be waiting patiently for the 4th gen before I trade again, but if I wait until I have 100k miles on my 2015 I'll be waiting alot longer than that.

Only reason I even noticed it was Ed’s sliders. Then the icons and new ucas.

I went to Boondocks .... yesterday.
    Great customer service, scheduled easily.
We watched them pull it off, and stood it up on a soft carpet.
YES ... the truck was not sealed properly by LineX. Boondocks added seal in the gaps and replaced the cap seal, running along all 3 'flats' with a much better bulb seal.
So almost 75 dollars for what LineX should have done right the 1st time.

    Now to test it.

Glad to hear that. Still waiting for the call that my shell arrived. Hopefully just another week and I hope they are doing a great job as well installing mine. The female owner I assume is a little on the rough side but still gets stuff done...

Yeah I talked to Mike for a bit and he knows his stuff for sure. Don't get me wrong, Bev is awesome but just the deficit of technology makes things a little harder.

Glad Boondocks took care of it for you. Four years ago when they resealed mine it cost me $50, they didn't have the thick deal for the front so the built it up with 4 or 5 layers of the thin foam seal. That may be why mine was a little bit cheaper. 2 camper shells ago I brought one in for him to reseal and hook up the brake light as well, on top of that the camper shell didn't come with any keys, they (Boondocks) went through there extra keys and found a set that fit it and they never charged me for the keys. He will always get my business whenever I need anything camper shell related.

Lack of technology? What tech is lacking there?

The added cost was explained. The bulb seal was the cost over 50. Not a problem. It just should have been done right the first time.

That was related to an experience what I had with them and nothing to do with yours Ken. Don't get all wound up now sir. I was talking about them not having the ability to send me a quote per e mail...that's all.
