There's been so many times I've walked into my place and Gizmo is on my subwoofer and I don't even see him

Sorry for your loss :( It took my wife 9 months to get our cats after Abigail passed. Just take as much time as needed.

^ I agree. It took my wife 9 months. I could have waited longer but she fell in love with the current boys we have.

This is a universal thing with cats. The moment we lay one down, it's a given that one or both of our weirdos will be in it.

Yeah I don’t get it myself but ANY box. If only one paw fits, one paw is in the box. Of course mine is the nosiest cat I have ever seen, so any bags or boxes he literally runs to sniff and put his head in.

I think my cat loves her scratcher.... it's all ripped up

    IMG_20190911_083319834.jpg

having a non-declawed cat in the house does not mean the furniture and carpets are doomed...
It's like the litter box, show the cat where it is and voilà.
Put a bunch of scratchers around the house, show the cat where they are and it will leave your furniture and carpets alone
Of course, there is a bit of education to do in the beginning, but it's not that hard

Very sorry to hear that, but he didn't get to 19 without a great home. He can't thank you, but we will.

sorry for your loss. I understand and I am with you 100%. I lost my 21 years old cat last year, to old age. I still miss her a lot :(

Don't rush it for another cat, it will find its way to you or you will know when the time is right

With 3 cats we go through those things pretty quickly, but they do love them.

Otis helps make dinner every night. We have to keep the stools pulled out or he either meows or jumps on the counter.
