I only had one extra in stock. I think the replacement stuff comes in tomorrow. As soon as I get my hands on it, I'll have your order packed up and ready to ship.

For sure. This is always a weird day.

I don't know what the word is because I don't "enjoy" it, but I listen to a lot of real-time audio from the day 18 years ago - it's a stark reminder of the fragile nature of a lot of the things we enjoy; most notably those unalienable rights endowed by our creator - life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

    Never forget indeed.

For whatever it is worth, attached is what I wrote on 09/12/2001 from my dorm room. I've never been much of a speaker and have expressed myself more through writing than anything else. The quality of the writing leaves a bit to be desired, but it puts me back to where I was on that tragic day.

    Brian,
I'm going to tell you this even before I read it. Thank you!

Thank you for making me cry another time today, and how my tears remind me to Never Forget the sorrow of this day. Thank you for being a patriot like me. Thank you for loving your country as much as I do. Thank you for respecting those that are willing to give everything so that we are safe. Thank you for taking the time to let others know how you feel about these events. Thank you for caring.

    Thank you Brian!
    Rob

Thanks for sharing that graphic. Everyone does their part to chip in to the collective good and expresses themselves how they see fit.

I was 19 years old at the time.

This is more geared towards the On Point orders, but I'll leave the question open for anyone that has received anything from me.

Have there been any orders received from me where the packaging failed or was suspect? As in, any damage caused to the product inside or did it look like it could have been damaged?

I just received my replacement of 24 oz On Point and there were multiple jars broken again. I feel like the container should stand up to reasonable shipping conditions, but I want to make sure that I haven't delivered similar disappointment to anyone. I'm not going to spam all of the customer orders, so I figured I'd just post here.

Feel free to share in the thread or PM me if there have been any issues.

I think all I got was bulk bags but had no issues with the one I used. I will look when I get to the house.

    Plastic shaker seal was broken.

    Pouches were all intact.

Shaker had spots on it. Likely tears from the Canada customs guys who had a taste from the shaker but never ordered any....yet.
    All good, Bryan.

My On Point was fine, my pouch of Spicy got a hole punched in it (not your fault obviously) but didn't lose much out of the bag. Slapped some tape on it and I'm good to go

My orders have been fine but then again outside of the Unicorn tester I'm pretty sure everything I've ordered has been the bags.

I haven't had any problems with any of the stuff I've got from you. Are they shipping to you USPS, or UPS ? I've had UPS packages come that look like they dragged them behind the truck to get here.

I am pretty sure that they try to see how messed up they can get packages. :)

The last pouch of spicy that I got was one big clump. I threw it in the food processor and it was good to go.

I own the experience from my location to yours, so if there is an issue with the shipment, do let me know! I'll get it squared away for you. I'm technically the customer for the carrier, so if they did the damage, I'll make your right and deal with the carrier myself.

I appreciate the feedback! I think that will be more of the pitch when I finally get around to knocking on the doors of some brick & mortar locations.

They ship UPS to us. We've ordered our fair share of rub through them and haven't had any issues up until these last two. The initial order of On Point included these shakers, too, and didn't have any problems. I'm requesting that they give me their preferred pack size so that I can get it shipped in the most reliable packing possible. They are making things right, but I'd rather avoid the hassle.

It's kind of the nature of the beast with the Meat Massage products. I've refused to sacrifice the taste and texture of using real brown sugar (call me stubborn, I suppose) by going to a granulated alternative. The drawback is that brown sugar can pack a little more. I try to give the pouches a little squeeze before sending them off, but they may still pack a bit.

    I appreciate your understanding!

I dont remember any problems. The last order was a big one and had the unicorn shakers, rub and all seemed to be ok. It was in pouches though so that may be the difference?
