Your truck has a twin. It was your color, had bumpers, snorkel, black wheels, etc. Then one thing I noticed it didnt have was the bed rack but wasn't sure if you had removed yours or not.

that's the "mgm blinders" you probably had on lol. everyone thinks my truck has a twin but doesn't look for hybrid bumper, high clearance rear with hoops, 35s w/ cut fenders, etc etc...I get so many messages from friends who just see a lifted MGM Tacoma and text me they see me

good grief dog fiasco. somebody needs to take this dog from me lol.

we've been leaving the dogs outside in the morning, she brings Leo over on her way to carpool, then her Rover goes over about 1030am and just lets all the dogs inside. been going fine for over a week.

so Amy didn't fell well today so she stayed home from work. so she didn't bring Leo over. so I didn't put any of the dogs outside. Amy told me she'd go let my dogs out at some point since today is a gym day for me. well she goes and drops Leo off just to play, then goes home. leaves all the dogs out and still has the rover going over (I didn't know this). I get a notification on my ring doorbell for motion..and dadgum Sophie is out of the fence at the door. I get a notification that my garage door opens at 1030, closes at 1040...the Rover. I get a notification at like 11 for motion at the door, my dad stops by the house to drop something off. No Sophie anywhere. Can't get in touch with Amy because she's home sleeping. at 11:26 I get an email from the vet that some guy has found Sophie. finally get in touch with Amy and she gets in touch with the guy and gets Sophie and takes her to my house.

good grief...now I gotta figure out how she got out again...

can't blame dogs for being curious, some just like to explore and if given opportunity they'll do it.

I know, I don't blame her...it's usually out of fear she escapes too, but I can't keep her like this if she's going to be running that far away and risking getting hit. that's unfair to her, but I can't keep her inside all day either.

sounds like it's just a fence issue, you'll be fixing it sooner or later, this is just making it sooner lol.

she is getting out under the fence/through. I'm not dropping like a grand on any kind of specialty anything to dig/place/put into the ground, it's not worth it, especially when even any of that stuff is not a guarantee to keep her in.

A long runner and a harness instead of a collar? Our neighbor has a really spastic dog that barks all day and is constantly in motion. It has a harness that attaches to its back, attached to a runner that spans the whole back yard.

as discussed when this topic previously came up, I can't bring myself to do that. you limit their area, meaning they're running where they poop/pee, and you risk them getting hung up and either hurting themselves or not being able to move at all. not to mention no protection from weather of any kind.

That neighbor has a 10-15 foot leader and it has a covered wooden shack at one end of the runner, that holds food/water and doghouse, under the shade of trees. That dog has been like that for a while now and it hasn't hung itself yet! I'll see if I can get a video next time I'm out walking the dogs. It actually looks like a pretty cool setup!

How about a shock collar system? Or electrifying your fence?

she had an electric fence system at my sisters house, which she completely ignored and ran right through. that's part of the reason I ever took her in.

she's over 11 years old, I'm not dropping a bunch of money on her for this, but I'm also not going to be cruel and risk her getting hurt or hurting someone else.

Chris is getting a HC rear this weekend that is going on at the same time as his front bumper. Who is first in line to follow that?
