No time to deal with it tonight; have online meetings with our overseas teams.

    Maybe tomorrow.

Thanks for all the suggestions from everyone!

    You guys are GENIUSES!

The above, with the video below, helped to fix both problems--at the same time!!! It seems to make a difference that you have to run each window through a full open & close cycle (4 seconds each way) --using the switch at each window--beginning with the driver's window.

The passenger window now works again, from the driver-side button... AND the auto-open/auto-close works again as well.

I wish I could buy you all a beer!

    Thank you!

This place is the best . I never would have guessed that. I was thinking a damaged wire in the door as well. Nice job guys.

Totally! Me too! I was ready to rip apart the door, and the boot between the door and the truck...

Not in a million years would I have thought that it could be something like this.

Thank you very much for those instructions! I would have never considered that it could be something like that.

In the myriad of parts installations I've done over the last few weeks (OGE split dual battery kit, PowerTrays kit, etc.) I've disconnected the truck batteries for long periods (6+ hours at a time) and never had a problem.

No problem. And yeah, it's strange. As I mentioned I've never had to do it on my truck. Only ever had to do it once on my other car out of probably 100 times disconnecting the battery. On the other hand, I did a dashcam hardwire on my brother's Subaru and had to do the re-learn for the windows and rear hatch after one disconnect.

Did you cut a small piece off of the base?? It won’t seat flush if not cut. Also, make sure your wires are not in the way.
