    Dont drink juice, ever. The complexity of the marcos is broken down so you are basically drinking sugar water. You loose the fiber and quite a few of the micro nutrients like vitamins in the process of making juice. There is absolutely no point in drinking juice other than taste. The simple sugars are bad for you. The exception are professional athletes who require simple sugars for acute recovery, and only immediately after a workout in small quantities.

    Roids, right... Well, if your protein is up, and you actually work hard hard enough... you can eat like shit and get strength gains. You will need to cut to maintain physique.

    Well this made my day, especially after having to just fire someone 20 minutes ago. Lol you guys are great.

    Few things - juice can help you lean out even if your diet is shit, it ups your nutrient production and gives you more strength which can in turn increase progression (slightly). However, you just cannot outwork a piss poor diet. Cycling with bad diet is just stupid as mentioned.

    What you see in that photo, is the guy that moved his water from some of his fatty tissue into his muscle through the nutrient production, giving the illusion of "gains"

    Rolling with it? I literally put no effort what-so-ever into understanding the context of the conversation before commenting, and proceeded to go on a rant about actual juice. If I don't have a new a asshole by the end of this, you should be ashamed.

    I love how he doesn't mess with tren, but then he counters his increased estrogen with an AI - Why even bother increasing testosterone? Estrogen is anabolic and can aid in muscle growth. He'd look better if he just let his estrogen balance out while his T increased. Also, 8 weeks is not long enough to reap the benefits.

    Let me guess, your employee started talking about how much he hates juice in the middle of the meeting?

    You can eat some garbage on roids and get stronger- though there will also be plenty of fat gain as well. If you are going for beauty muscles, then yeah, gotta watch the diet. What do you consider a shit diet?... just curious.
