    I only sell it as a stand along remote start. You would have to add shock/motion sensors and relays for horn/siren to it for it to act as an alarm.

    @jmeitz more question... in the cell module programming part of the install video I saw on the phone app there is the "locate vehicle" feature.

    Can I assume the location is coming from GPS, not cellular, making it more accurate?

    Are there any privacy concerns about who has access to my vehicle location?

    I looked for the app, just to check it out, and could only find "Evo-Start" (searched for Fortin and Evo) - it talks about the Otodata 900 MHz wireless network in Canada, so I'm assuming that not the right app?

    You can use mycar or cl6 app. It runs on T-Mobile 4g/lte. The gps is pulled from the cellular unit in your car as it’s built in so only you can see it from your app.

    Your the only one that has access to your vehicle's location and also check with your insurance too because some give discounts if your vehicle has a GPS locator installed and this remote start with gps qualifies. I get about $15 off a month with this installed. Oh and Jeremie is awesome to buy from!
