    Does anyone know what is the part number for this little grommet. The toyota parts guy in Marina is telling me it's part of the door panel lol........ Just need to grab a couple cuz my screws are loose. The little square grommets. Mahalos

    The parts guy that you spoke to is probably right. Those little bastards are a real bitch to get out I had to cut all of mine out with dikes, I couldn't imagine that there's any way to replace them. But somebody will correct me if i'm wrong.

    If your screws aren't holding anymore maybe use a screw with a slightly larger diameter that will bite better in the "stripped" plastic piece?

    SOB..... Hahha I mean I could... It's not a big issue I didn't really cross thread it but one of them doesn't seem to tighten much so I was like hmm just buy a 3$ nut lol

    I wouldn't wory about it too much. I'm sure itll hold fine as is.

    I had to cut all mine out for my speaker adapter to sit flush when I replaced my speakers. I used a bolt with nut on the back side instead

    You could maybe also cut the back side of it off and put a nut behind it and use a slightly longer bolt if it really isnt tightening
