Finally was able to find a dealer willing to take a deposit! Just put money down on a Army Green Pro at MSRP. Build date is 9/24

Built an OR the way I want and was $44,869. Pro is $48,388.

Screwed around with the build program and it seems the Pro is a better choice than going with an OR if you are going to add the premium stuff.

Same taillight with chrome on the inside. They look darker in that pic because the ambient light making them that way.

Tried to build a TRD OR DCLB but does not have Adv Tech package yet on the configurator. That's what I am aiming for, the Premium says it has the LED Headlights and the DCSB Premium + Adv Tech has the LED headlights as well.

4Runners are up to in a similar link, but looks like Voodoo Blue was dropped entirely from the line. https://www.toyota.com/configurator/build/step/model/year/2020/series/4runner

Yeah it is hard to justify the OR if you add all the Premium and Tech stuff over a Pro that has it built into the price already. Especially if you consider putting on the Pro style grill (and headache of service if anything goes wrong and you have a "non-OEM grill"), already has a lift, blacked out head and taillights, Pro exhaust, etc. Plus warranty on all that stuff since you didn't do it after-the-fact.

The only problem... I want Cement again! :frusty::notsure::annoyed:

One more question, the cement/black interior as posted on this page and on the configurator - that i suppose is the 'cement' interior we've been talking about for the last few days? If so, I don't hate it based on those pics. Its just the pics from Toyota Escondido made the inserts seem light and the side seating surfaces look odd. Either the pics from the dealer or configurator aren't accurate - because they are totally different.

I want the DCLB so would have to be a TRD OR Premium + Adv Tech, so no Pro for me haha. Though if I got a 4Runner instead I'd get just the TRD ORP with KDSS.

Agreed - I just posted above that either the Toyota Escondido dealer pics are shite or the configurator is.

    So no more Tri-Fold cover?

And it seems like the OR has a better bang for the buck compared to the Sport if I wanted it in VB and without those ugly seats...

Guess it depends how much they actually sell for as pros usually sell around MSRP, OR not so much

I'd love to get a DCLB, but 6MT is a priority for me. So that still leaves the Pro as an option. I'd actually consider the 4Runner if it had an MT option as well.

The tonneau? It is still an option.

I like the new SR/SR5 grille.

I do as well. And by the way, the new smoked/gray/matte OR grille is going to look great on some colors, but not on others. On the Quicksand on the Toyota Escondido website, it looks out of place.

I must be blind because I can't find the option.

That reminded me to look at the Sport and OR grill, but not sure the pictures have been updated. They still show the chrome surround which I thought they were doing away with in the 2020s. Thought it was all gray/black and one piece, at least that is what they showed in the promo pics previously.

Also, you can see the new wheels for the Sport. Not sure if we've seen them before? Thought OR was getting new wheels as well, but they look the same I think.

I think you are still at the mercy of the configurator and what is in or slated to go to your region. Try a different trim or changing your zip code to elsewhere in the country and you'll be able to see it. It is in the same place it was in the previous configurator - if available, it should be part of one of the packages that you can get.

I don't think the pictures on the Toyota Escondido website do it justice. They are way too over exposed. The QS looks like vintage white and the cloth interior looks grey with white.
