Oh, I'm very aware of what they can do. Took our agency's class on the thing and its capabilities. :spy::spy::spy:

Nothing too exciting... maybe a little rust
Those are pretty much dead nuts accurate to the 787 P5 and P8 panels too, I miss working on that plane sometimes. Even with all the issues it had starting out it's a pretty neat airplane, the systems architecture on it is amazing.

My ears are still ringing. I can’t Imagine how loud a squadron was.

02 Tacoma, fixed with curse words.
I lived on an airport that I was working at in college, my gutter was 6" from the runway clear zone for the new runway they built, and one of the only aircraft that ever woke me up was our based customers p51 doing a low pass. Badass!! The other was red bulls mig21 departing right outside my window.

A back step for when I get older, Carhartt seatcovers, 4Runner wheels, Topper, and "tats all folks"! --for now!!
    I know!
All would be amazed if you walked onto one of these (my old "friends") . They are jam packed with the latest "stuff" to pick up and record most any "Commint".
I flew on 6 of these birds when they were RC-135M's back many years ago (Viet Nam era). Wild thing is those 6 are still flying as RC135W's today. Had a "AMT' reunion had a reunion (with a onboard tour) just last year at Offut (their home base) -- these planes still impress after all these years, as they are a integral part of the US's intelligence gathering ops

I just wish my son could tell me more about the MC-12s and contractor King Airs he just got off of. Over 600hrs in flight time in country and he sums it up in one sentence.

I worked with that mission, too. Yeah...he can't tell you what all they can do either.

    It's almost as cool, though.

75 years ago today, My Grandfather, right waist gunner, S/Sgt Benjamin E. Brink and 9 other crewman were shot down over zuid-beveland. Hit by flak on the return run from dropping supplies.

2 dead, 2 escaped with the help of the resistance. And my Grandfather and 5 others held POW until the liberation.

I miss my Grandfather every day.
He was such an inspiration to my brother and I. Teaching us to hunt, fish, camping and taking care of the land.

Grandmother is still with us and her 95th birthday was just this past July.
She is doing very well and in excellent health besides a pesky swollen knee every now and again. (We can't get her to slow down and stop cleaning the damn house!!)

I was excited to be able to fly in the B-24 Liberator, "Witchcraft" on the Collings Foundation "Wings of freedom tour a few years ago, standing where my Grandfather did at that gunner position and am planning to finally fly again this again in Oct 24-27 for the 75th anny.

I know there are a few others here that have also been to the "Wings of Freedom" tour and have walked thru and seen these beautiful, historic planes.

Haven’t said hi in a while..... hi.

Went on a run around PDX today. Beautiful weather and there is always some decent plane watching up here.

Also, I got the iPhone 11 Pro and the zoom lens is awesome!

A B-2 flew in the opposite direction from us the other day, 1000 feet below. I wish a had a decent camera. Never seen one from that angle before.
