Found a pressure tank like this sitting in/at the dump. Should I make a vertical smoker/grill? and cut the top off or make a door on the side?

Both... Vertical Smoker with top cut off and door on the side... you gotta get in there an add more wood and charcoal on a long cook.

We've got a bigfoot to catch lol.

I told my friends years ago...not to play Blair witch games, like in the movie and not to wear an ape costume and try to scare me in the woods. Direct quote" I'll shoot the shit out of you".

It it runs like a wsm, one load of coal should last enough to do a brisket.

Lol. A few years back, i was at a friends camp for a big party. Mixed crowd with his sisters friends from the big apple. One guy was freaked out about bears and wildlife in general. He asked about bears around 15-20 tomes in his first hour there Friday night.

Now, it just so happens that a friend had black sheepskin seat covers in his truck. Yup, we did it. A friend took two covers, walked down the path, and suited up. It was dark, campfire going, and we were all in chairs, 2-3 rows deep around the fire. My friend, on his hands and knees, draped seat covers over him, slowly crawls up the path towards the fire. It was planned to scream bear if nobody saw and did it, but it wasn’t necessary. Buddies sister sees it, screams bear!!!! The guy from the city got out of his seat and ran through the crowd to the cabin so fast, he knocked at least four people over in their chairs, including his own wife. About that time, my buddies sister realizes what the bear was, and starts laughing, along with everyone else, at the guy that ran scared. That guy slept in his locked car that night, and left early Saturday morning. He was about as embarrassed as one could be.

Later that day, someone posed the question, what if that guy had a pistol on him? We didn't think of that at the time, but being from NY, most likely not.

For thin chops I would pull them at or slightly before 140 and rest covered with foil for 10-15 min. but that's my personal preference.
