I followed their install, it is a super nice and easy install. If you have a 2019 with the TSS you will need to disconnect before you can remove the grille.

Just installed mine. Question though, are we supposed to be able to reuse the radiator ducting plastic pieces (/ splash guards for the lights)?

I have been looking at these but have not installed. According to the Caliraised video linked above, they say their metal brackets take the place of the OEM plastic baffles.

Idk about taking the place, but there was a little trimming to be done, I just used tin snips, cut like butter

Also, the center radiator / hood latch support bar interferes with the light bar when the bar is positioned properly into the OEM cutout. This was not covered in the installation video. It would be nice for them to mention that removing that support bar would make the install easier, as well as trimming that lower "hang down" portion...

I did the same thing when I installed my light bar, trimmed the splash guards. I know the video said they were no longer needed, but it seemed a shame to just not use them. So I trimmed the bottom part to go around the bracket and was able to reuse them.

I used the existing guide pins that slot into the holes. For the one that mounted with the push pin, the light bar bracket mounted into that hole. So instead of the push pin it is now held in place with the light bar bolt. If all this makes any sense.

Same here, I use the push pins at the top, but at the bottom I used screws to secure it.

There nothing special about those screws. There is a hole already in the metal, I used a machine screw & nut small enough to go through the hole. As far the trim, you can see in the pictures. Is really easy to cut and you can cut little by little until you get it the way you like it.
