The one doc I hate working with came in at 8. He's know as Dr. Bringemin to all the others. He puts all decisions off on other docs so he can't get sued. He's a shit doc that looks for red or blue numbers in the chart so he can admit EVERYTHING.

I absolutely hate working when he's here. This motherfucker will call every damned doc on call for a single pt. He can't do a physical assessment. He only looks for red/blue lab values.

 

so make them green??

 

Black is normal for us. Blue = low, red = high values. And we can't change them

 

damn... um.... tell him to fuck off and do what hes getting paid to do????

 

Luckily, he rarely works nights anymore. I don't deal with him but maybe once a month or less.

I have a chip on my shoulder b/c when I was 18, he was my doc in the ER for high blood sugar. My insulin infusion set came out without me realizing it, so I came to the ER. While in the ER, I found it and explained to him I would be fine. He told me I couldn't sign out AMA b/c my insurance wouldn't pay for it......he sent me to ICU for 5hrs until the morning hospitalist came in and discharged me.
I've been pissed since. He wasn't familiar with insulin pumps, so he put it off on someone else. I didn't like the fact he questioned my knowledge. I know more about diabetes than he does...…...stupid prick.
