4.56. The break-in period(500mi) seems like a while for me. Can’t wait til that’s over lol

Did you do that setup for wheeling or for pep. I’m looking for not too high rpms on the highway along with more pep. I’m pretty set on 4.10’s as of now

For pep. There’s no rock crawling here. Already notice an improvement going uphill. Those 4.10 sound like what you’ll need; however, I’ve read most don’t even notice a difference with those going from stock

You’re paying about the same price for whatever gears you go with, just keep in mind

Yeah I know that.....the price. From what I remember. 4.10 is good for highway and 4.56 is better for the off-road guys. And the 4.10 with 285’s brings you back to a stock feel.

Gotcha. No “highways” here, there are quite a bit of hills so more so I wanted the 4.56

    I got 4.56 gears with 35x12.50R17 KO2 tires.

I never considered a regear until I went 35s as Im slower with 33's, but it was fine for me.

With 35’s I’d assume you’d really want 4.56’s regardless of how you use the truck

Haha that’s a big hurdle though although it doesn’t help I’m considering a daily. If I get one then the fears of expensive gas go away too.
