Miguel was working a job at a Target about 15 minutes from me in SF, we got some Dinner at a food truck and just ate in my truck. Did that a lot in high school.

One of my favorite Mexican places down the street from my house started out as a food truck, and eventually bought the land they used to park the truck and built a brick n mortar shop.

Hate how accurate that is. I paid $13 for a Spicy Ahi Tuna Poke bowl the other day.

I don’t either, but it’s better than sitting in the cold. My friends and I went to Sonics a lot which is obviously a drive in, so we just ate in the truck.

That's bad considering I pay $14 for all you can eat sushi.

Oh get outta here, Reno buffets don’t count. :luvya:

Atlantis was pretty good, was recommended to me by the Junkyard manager when I was waiting for them to pull my front differential.

Check that place out if you got the time, it’s by Reno Airport. It’s called NNAWG. Lots and lots of Tacomas. Full service.

This is the highest point of San Francisco, it’s called Twin Peaks. The headlights you see on the road is where you see all those car commercials shot.

Pretty fun to go up here with some friends and some food truck food and just watch the city.

I’ve yet to eat at a good sushi buffet. When it comes to sushi I’d rather have quality over quantity.

You gotta try a Korean BBQ place, there’s a popular one here called Gen. You cook your own food at your own grill. It’s better than it sounds.

Love bringing guests up there. I adopted some Chinese transfer students last year and gave them a tour around the city. I ordered some food at a street vendor and they couldn’t believe the portion sizes.

They also thought my truck was gigantic.

It's not a buffet. It's all made to order like any other sushi bar with the chef in front of you.

Oh that’s different. Yeah don’t think we’ve got anything like that around here. We had this one sushi joint we went to every other week ever since they opened. They knew us so well they always had our order going before we walked through the door.

One day I noticed none of the original staff was there and the quality went into the shitter. Owners retired and sold the place. Was a real damn shame.

You would get a kick out of watching me order Ropa Vieja in a South FL restaurant.. Literally it means "old clothes". Now that's some regional dialect.

There’s a city here called Los Gatos, or “The Cats” in English.

I just threw up in my mouth after seeing your location. It’s really not possible to catch fresh palegic fish and ship it out there consistently, and pay a restaurant overhead, all for $14. Fake sushi is a thing now.

Las Vegas sushi is okay, they always fly it in because of the demand.

My rule is to never eat at a sushi place in a state that doesn’t touch the Ocean.

Reno isn’t far from the Ocean either, maybe a six hour drive.

Please, we aren't that far from the sea and it's 2019. Not that hard to accomplish.
