Yes but OR not Sport. I'm in CT and just ordered a Cement OR DCSB 6MT with LED headlights, blackout emblems and Tech package. MSRP $38,125, my price is going to be $36,300 ish. Its roughly $300 over invoice or ~5% off MSRP. Expected delivery is end of October because of no premium package.

As @TacoBuffet has mentioned here in the past, the configurator is regional - don't be bound by what you can configure on the Toyota site. Go directly to your dealer.

Maybe it's just me but since thats the case I wish the usb head unit connection went though the armrest center console instead of above the QI charger. Not a big fan of the cables all over the place plus its more of a nuisance especially if you're driving a manual.

What it looks like to me on the top packages for sport:

Cheapest: Includes everything - pano cameras
Middle: Includes everything + pano cameras
Highest: Includes everything + pano cameras + tonneau cover

Why is everyone stuck on a manual? I dive a manual currently (have been for the past 2 years, although not a Tacoma) and don't get it. Obviously everyone has their own preferences, but I was just curious.

Thanks for the share! I was quoted $44k for a 2019 and they said they were willing to deal on it, locally. Then I had the one dealer call me back saying, "they heard I was interested in a 2019, great! We have one that we can sell you for $48k today!". Told them no, I'm interested in a 2020 for the same $48k price I was quoted already..... Shenanigans.

    I'm not.

Neither is the vast VAST majority of North America.

Enthusiast sites are a tiny fraction of a fraction of the buying public. If manuals really were that popular...They would be everywhere. But people don't buy them. So they don't sell them.

I’ve been driving an old 1995 F-150 standard and every time I hop into an automatic vehicle, I’m thankful. Maybe I’m getting old, or lazy. Trying to do anything while shifting gears in city traffic is a pain in the ass. Personal opinion of course.

Driving a standard is not only much better in the mountains / snow covered roads, it forces you to not use your phone while driving, which many drivers need to do!

As for wireless Bluetooth, this unit was mentioned earlier. Doesn’t seem like a bad option to swap into a pre-2020 model:

Hell, you could buy that head unit, the Tacoma seat spacers and some nice aftermarket headlights/tails and be in it for ~$1,500 and just add them to a heavily discounted 2019. Minus the cameras all the way around, you’re in business with most of the new updates.

I’m in Oklahoma so I don’t have the mountains and rarely any snow. I can’t attest to those. But I do agree that your phone stays in your pocket with a standard. Trying to take a call, shift gears and get a drink at the same time takes a lot of talent.

Guess everyone is different as every time I hop in my truck or car I am thankful there is a 3rd pedal.

I live in a flat area, that has straight roads exactly one mile apart in a giant grid. My commute is 12 miles of stop signs at least every mile and a 55 mph speed limit. Worst case for gas mileage and gets old fast in a manual.

I'm totally on board the auto wagon lol

Has anyone seen if the "Advanced Technology Package" is available on the TRD Off-Road Access Cab?

Getting tired of putting in random zip codes into the Toyota configurator to see what's possible.

The CostCoAuto.com builder seems to say it's only on double-cabs.

    It is double cab only.

Talked to a few dealers in the Portland area about a 2020 TRD Pro. I've been quoted roughly 75-90 days for it to be in.

I guess because we're close to where they build them, we are getting them quicker. Have an AG colored one locally on the lot. Says there are 5 white Pro's in Dallas.
