Unicorn and spicy chops. The unicorn is so fucking good on chops. It’s the only thing I like it on though.

It's 100% staged. The grill grates aren't even dirty. None of that food was likely cooked on there. :)

Didn't have time for details yesterday......

    Semi healthy!

Used low calorie healthy tortillas. Just enough but good cheese.

First I smoked a marinated pork roast. Chopped up a bunch of that meat. Grilled and chopped some Anaheim and pasilla peppers fresh from the garden. Sauteed one chopped zucchini with a fresh Serrano pepper and chopped onion. Spiced and mexi herbed that mix. Cooled and drained off excess moisture. This all made the filling.

The rest was just mixing with canned enchilada sauce, white cheddar and wet rolling. Grated black truffle gouda on top.

Into the smoker at 300°F until cooked bubbly. Da bomb.

Eh?! Wut?! It is an Olympic sport. Given your location type "Curling Centers near me" in google.

We have one in town and quite a few in Mn. and Wi.

Or a camel wrapped around a cow, wrapped around a hog, wrapped around a turkey, wrapped around a duck, wrapped around a chicken.
