This dude is a total badass jedi irrigation system designer and has an extremely detailed FREE online tutorial of how to design systems:

    http://www.irrigationtutorials.com/

I used this to figure out my system (6 zones), and a buddy at work (who is a professional hydraulic engineer) has this too, and totally geeked out on it.

Pressure, distribution design, pipe size and material, you name it. Totally worth it for something you want to do right the first time, especially on a larger property.

for some reason when i read that i got the mental image of me siging something in blood.... whether intentional or not

haven't measured yet, but i'd say maybe 60x30. rough estimate

i'll have to start reading up on that. i'm hoping to make it pretty badass. my buddy is a metal worker, and specialized in iron fencing/railing. i'm thinking about getting him to make me a nice iron fence around it. all i need is the money for metal and a few free weekends

if you ask Chris, there is no difference

You know....I tried that once when I was younger......My Brother and I made a "Pact"...Turns out, My blood coagulates rather well, and I had to keep poking my finger....It hurt, and I ended up beating my brothers ass anyway.....
