Aimed my fog lights today, and the air dam came off to reach the adjusters. have my weekly 300 mile work road trip tomorrow, if my MPG’s drop significantly it’ll go back on. I’m 50/50 on the looks personally.

I keep looking at new trucks, and I always tell folks I’m aiming for a Tundra. And then I wind up coming to this thread to look at all of your trucks.

I think a SR 4X4 Access Cab 4 cylinder would compliment my 2007 regular cab nicely in my driveway.

Funny enough, I had one of those except mine was 2WD. 2007 reg cab 4cyl 5spd. For me the 2016+ access cab 4cyl was too slow but the fit and finish and comfort of the new trucks is a significant leap over the early 2g trucks.

I agree about the improvements in fit and finish. Nothing to complain about in my 2nd Gen, but sitting in any 3rd Gen makes it obvious my truck is 12 years old, even though it looks nearly new inside still.

Despite fighting a gusty head wind all day, I made the same MPG as I always do on my Thursday/Friday highway run. Actually slightly better at 21.8mpg vs my normal 21.4ish. And I’m liking the no-dam front end more and more.

What’s up TW! Does anyone know if the 2019 SR TSS is prewired for fog lights? I saw a write up where you have to remove the the steering column cover to check if it’s prewired, but was hoping somebody can tell me before I go that route.

I got this great mileage and it stayed there for the 90 mile trip. Steady 68-70 MPH, cruise control, no stops. Cool evening.

Yeah I don't doubt that mileage. I live on the prairie and take my truck out of town once every 2 weeks to burn the gas out of the oil. I drive 8 miles to a nearby town and back on the highway and get just over 25mpg.

I make the same 160 mile (one way) highway trip 2 or 3 weekends a month. I had been seeing 25 MPG for many trips, then a 27, a 28, and now this.

Or you can just not worry about it and run a separate install with a switch on the left side of the dash.

I’m doing this same install later today. Hope it’s a quick job.
