    You cant miss it. The mines are at the base of blood mtn. You can see the trail in the pick I took. If you zoom in on it you can see the mines. There is also a lake up there on the other side of the ridge above Laurel lake. Not sure that will be a good hike for the misses though. You will be at elevation.

    Mosquitos were bad when I was up there so i bailed and didnt spend more than a night. I didn't notice the mine until sundown.

    Plus I need to stop taking photos with this iphone. It sucks. Any camera recommendations that don't cost me thousands of dollars would be appreciated lol

    Just grab a Nikon or Canon bundle at your local Costco. I have a Nikon D5200 with telephoto and 55-100mm lens.
