I don't advocate but it helped me through some rough times til I could figure things out in therapy and on my own

I go to school in California, not Utah.

 

I don't advocate it but my Dr doesn't disapprove of it either given the history of my life. It's not forever but it is a crutch

Laurel lakes. Was just up there about three weeks ago. Theres some ok photos of it I took on my iphone in my build thread that don't do the place justice. Its a short but gorgeous trail off the 395.
