Hahahaha bruhhh I saw someone on Facebook say

“That movie IT sucked. That Homo shit killed it in the beginning”

Like bruh a whole clown transforms into a spider and eats your head and kills kids and all this shit and you’re more concerned about 2 dudes kissing?!

Then people at work “Idk how to explain to my kids when they see gay people. They ask ‘daddy why are those dudes kissing’ and idk what to say “

It’s not that hard. Just say “when two people love each other they kiss” kids have no idea what gay is or if it’s good or bad. You teach them to feel the way they do. Dummies.

Its funny how it just bothers some people. I’ll never get it.

My you nieces and nephews asked about me and my husband at like 5... then it was a non issue. It takes a two second explanation then they move on.

I get worried about my future kids getting bullied over me but... kids (read ppl) are assholes over everything they can be. If its not one thing its another.

Shit guys like me get trashed in the gay community.

    It is what it is.

A kid having two loving fathers is better than a kid being raised by a mom and dad who fight 24/7 so you do you man.

    Same as everybody else...
I'm almost 61 yo. Up until about 3 years ago I ran alot to stay in shape, mostly 10ks and half marathons. Then I had a bad bike accident that totally messed up my back and leg. Running is out if the question, I tried biking but after a few miles I'm done. So now I walk but its boring as hell. I'm thinking I could use free weights in combination with the walking. What's your take on it? Good idea it ? I apologize if this is a lame question, I dont know anyone my age that is really into free weights or even concerned about exercise

    Yes.

And I do think I need to make my previous statement more fair. I really receive more “normal” treatment than hate. I don’t mean to sound totally negative.
The world is not all bad.

Any by the way people are taking their kids to see IT II and are upset about having to explain same sex couples!?!?

    The fuck?!

That one took me a minute.

There are only two things I fault my wonderful mother for and one of those was taking me to The Sixth Sense when I was 8. Don’t traumatize your kids ppl!

If you have not already work with your docs and a PT to figure out what you can and can’t do.

I think using weights as much as you can is a great idea. A body in motion stays in motion. Always do what you can to keep pushing.

Also please don’t forget the importance of flexibility.

If you haven’t, give yoga a try. It helps with flexibility as well as strength. And I find it helps with my aches and pains (and previous injuries/surgeries).

I’m undecided on Cam. Do I think he has used at some point? Probably. But he never really changes. He’s not concerned with getting big, he just wants to be able to run. I just don’t see how he can keep as much muscle mass as he does and still run as much as he does. Usually a distance runner is scrawny and not defined. He’s either on something, or he’s found the perfect balance. Either way, I love that dude.

Hes got mass for being in his 50s.

I think the biggest issue with mass and cardio is just time. I am working out and moving 14-20 hours a week. And I work two jobs so I get the art of time management but dear god he must workout 30 hours a week. Like when do you have time to scout? Lol

I’d like to know more about his routines. But my eye brow is raised.

    Beautiful 70 degree morning.
Did a quick easy 5k to shake off my miserable run yesterday then some eccentric quad work, stretching, and foam rolling session.

Nice close out to a 28 mile week

@weldertaco got me some post workout breakfast tacos

Dude has inspired me haha. Ya he runs a lot but he’s also working out pretty solid I’m sure daily in the gym too. Gotta keep the mass up to stalk those bucks he does. He probably eats elk every damn day too haha.

Oh he’s definitely eating elk every day. He shoots his bow before work, goes to work, runs at lunch, goes back to work, lifts, rinse repeat. Then goes on week long elk hunts. I hate him  he’s living my dream life.
