    Holy shoot. Never had such a thing. And I'm pretty pain tolerant. I mean I've had cramp or two through 61 years of life, but not a knotted calf muscle (left) like that. Wife for some reason thought I couldn't breathe. Still feel it now, but doesn't hurt.
