    Since back surgery, right side calf, but rarely on the left.
    Usually right before I get up, my foot flexes, and you can't stop it, even though you're awake..
    Hurts like a fugg.

    Good afternoon think it is time for a nap. Thinking is one thing being able to do is another.

    Another with night leg cramps, left calf for me. If I don't stay hydrated. And I don't always stay hydrated I need to do a better job. If I drink enough that I don't get them I have to get up in the middle of the night to pee. No free lunch I guess. Tried potassium supplements, bananas, etc. but no joy in my case.

    Hope your trip and visit go well Dan. And that the T.C.P. is fantastic!
