Helping @TacoFMS install his fj transfer case. We need to know where sensors (1 & 2)from tacoma case get transferred 3 where on the fj case(A,B, &C). Can anyone help us out? We were making good time until now and we can't contact Wyatt. HELP

We got her now! Peeked at the wires on the other end of the plugs to figure out which sensor was which. The sensor with the external rib is 4lo, smooth outside plug is 4wd. So #1 goes to A and #2 goes to C

You've got it right except the rear is neutral on driver side. I left the FJ sensor in that spot with wires dangling. Looks like you scored some plugs

If you're doing the ADD delete and gettin rid of the 4WD computer behind the glove box, its red to gray with black stripe and yellow to brown with white stripe. Mine was different from Wyatts write up.

I have the awd jack shaft from a gx470 so the only wiring is I’m adding the 4wd light

So the point of the wiring that is described above is to maintain the 4wd and 4lo dash lights even with the 4wd ECU removed, is that correct? The two plugs in the picture are those from the 4wd ECU and are no longer hooked up to anything. This is for ADD delete and 4wd ECU removed from the vehicle, right?

Correct. This way you dont have to run new wires all the way to the dash from the tcase.

Finally got my harness from Wyatt. I have been planning on doing this conversion for nearly a year - can’t wait to get started. TC has been ordered (just keeping it simple with the J shifter). Going to try and document the process as I go.

I too had a pretty negative experience with Wyatt at RST. Would not return any communication after order. Kinda lied to me about a few things. The crossmember was well built I will say that.

Nice work, looks stock. Do you have any other photos of the shifter before putting the trim back on? I’m doing a 4wd conversion and am trying to decide on twin sticks or keeping the j-shift.
