Yep here it is. I've seen people having clunking issues with the new bushings. There's a thread about them. The main thing is to install the arms with the washers correctly, I think he had if they lasted 7 years but there are others who have clearly installed them incorrectly and don't get 2 months out of them.

Depends on the cut. Ribeye is better medium rare. More than 135* I ain’t eating it though.

Sous vide master race here. Get a serious sear with a propane weed burner after they cook for a few hours.

 

I'm thinking ribs, chicken, or some of my smoked wings I've gotten pretty good at doing..

 

Can't do mooing. Medium is where it's at for me.

I had one the other day at a local place. The family owns hundreds of cows, also the Piggly wigglys in town and they rent our hay fields so my hay fed my dinner. 6oz fillet, medium, perfectly seared and seasoned. Most likely the best steak I've ever had. Hardly had to cut it and it just melted in my mouth.

First time out just us without the kids. Grandma's treat so we endulged in the good stuff.

 

Pulled pork is good with it. Here's 4 I made for my brother's wedding next weekend.

Well Dad wanted some ribs for the football game tonight.. so he got 3 racks from Sams along with some chicken wings. I've got some Famous Daves rib rub on the racks and they're about in hour in the smoker now.

Don't worry.. there will be Q-view in about 2 hours when I pull to wrap them.

Also.. all these noon football games are terrible.
