    Hey all.............transferring from CA to WV. Technically working in DC, but we just had our offer accepted on a house in Berkeley Springs, WV. This is our 9th move in the last 20 years and we found our retirement home. Beautiful home on 27 acres. We leave here the 14th of October and moving back to free America, we can't wait to transfer outta CA.........My wife is searching for jobs now. She has been an RN for 30 years, so any job openings would also be appreciated. Looking forward to moving to the great state of West Virginia and calling it home!:thumbsup:

    Lots of old housing still there, if you can call it housing...........most of it falling down. No one lives there. There is a church I think that people go to, other than that pretty much a dumping ground.

    I haven’t been out there for about 4 years. My old boss still lives in Victorville. I fell in love with the desert, I really miss it. Hopefully I’ll get back out to Phoenix and CA next spring.

    Anyone know who was in Parkersburg over the weekend? Driving a white 2nd gen, I think it was a double cab, had front and rear glass fenders. Needed some love in a several places (sorry not sorry :D ), but I liked the effort put into it.

    I was in Tucker county over the weekend visiting and staying at blackwater falls, and I was pretty surprised at how bad the canaan loop road actually was.

    Of course it was really wet which didn't help.

    How was the brush? I’d love to get out past table rock again and I’ve heard it’s gotten better heard but I’m still hesitant to do that to my paint lol

    We did hike both table rock and lindy point while we were out. Had Atlas with us and he was getting tired, plus they were calling for storms later.. which never materialized. Tons of people at Lindy and I think we were the first out the table rock trail that day.. since my girlfriend stole my hat due to spider webs.

    I scraped brush a couple of times but it wasn't a full on assault. You definitely shouldn't take my word for it though since I don't even notice the pinstripes anymore.
