Together my electricity and water was $400 last month RIP to my yard this month not gonna water it anymore. Come on hurricane showers

 

What!!! Wait! The rain hasn’t even had a chance to tag up & they’re sayin’ you can’t collect that?

Tell ‘em to fix gravity then. I got 4 rain barrels & proud of it. Just good use of water. That’s all.

 

Yes they do! My folks have LCRA and every summer it gets in the $300-$400 range for them too

 

My front yard is nearly all dirt. Back yard is meh

Same here man it’s been insane I did my last mow for the month and stopped watering the back at least.

Problem up here isn’t the water but the stupid sewer charges. The fools assume every drop of water goes to sewer & has to be treated. Plus they invested poorly in a water treatment plant.

 

Awful!!
My problem is huge yard no shade and I’m a stickler for green grass. I’m like one of those old guys yelling get off ma lawn.

It's crazy how much greener the grass got after that lil 1/2" of rain last week, I may have to mow once more in the next coming weeks depending if we get any more of the wet stuff in the near future
