    I use to use tin foil to wrap. In the last 8 or 9 years I switched to the disposable aluminum pans and just use foil to cover them. Makes it easier to handle and, if I have a mind to I can stir or check progress easier. I love quartered small red and white potatoes and onions. They cook well and hold up well in the pans to an occasional stir. Also great for stuff like cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli and brussel sprouts. Plus I can serve out of the pans and just throw them away when done. Sam's and Costco have them in bulk and different sizes cheap.
