Ok folks, I am going to post/ask this once.
This has been a problem with every single public beta release.
IF you want to post your experience on here, I'd like to see a ZENDESK TICKET NUMBER with your post.
We need to know before the damn forum does.

I've temporarily pulled the beta page. I'll post it back tomorrow after everyone has a crystal clear understanding of this.

Your patience is outstanding. Why is it so hard for people to read and comprehend? I've been here a few weeks and have seen you ask people to send feedback thought your site literally a dozen times.

You know, you can just download the file wherever you are, onto whatever computer you have access to. Then simply move the file to your 'Tuning Laptop' when you are ready to do so. Stick drive or email it to yourself.

Also, if everyone here knows they are supposed wait for the tune to settle, why is there any need for anyone who has any less than 150-300 miles on the tune to be giving initial impressions. Anything before that, that isn’t a legitimate issue with the tune in your vehicle(which would go to Zendesk anyway), is just wasted space on the forum.

Everyone just relax, breath, drive, stfu, and report to Zendesk, ha ha, jeese peeps, it’s not that difficult.

It seems the urge to be the first to share overruns logic

Can't speak for all but I have sent you my feedback via the Zendesk. I won't post it here if I have not provided to you first. Will say I have never posted my Zendesk ticket number with posts here as I read somewhere you don't use this thread for gathering feedback.

Running 5.29s w/ 33s so I’m guessing the 4.88 time would probably work better then the normal tune?

I don't but at this point I'm asking just so I know there is proof people are even sending us it. I see 10x more feedback on this forum than I get through zendesk. Posting feedback here is random, out of place, impossible to follow, etc etc etc

I've now submitted a more detailed ticket to zendesk (10021). Sorry folks, sounds like I may have got this pulled. I was just giving my feedback in case other didn't want to flash until they've heard some results from what others are seeing. Not my intention to make it sound like a "shit on" post.

Experience from person to person, truck to truck is different, and we don't want someone afraid to test from seeing a post on here. Also any feedback on the truck with less than minimum 50 miles is honestly not even feedback. Until the fuel trims, ignition trims, transmission trims settle it's just not worthy of critiquing.

We will try again tomorrow, with some new requirements posted on the 2.0 download page.

That makes sense. After what milestone is it safe to start making critiques? I've sent in a ticket with roughly 25 miles on the new tune, if I still see it after 50/100/200 miles etc, when would you like to see an update on that. Next ticket I send in, I wanna make sure it's after everything has had a chance to settle.

I agree and I think he'll either not help you if one screws up or charge an arm and a leg to fix your ecu.

Yeah, I dun' messed it up for everybody for an additional 24hours. I completely understand Matt's frustration though with people just posting issues here and not sending them to him through his actual support site where he can actively track issues through his own system. As an IT guy who also uses a helpdesk system, I should of known better! It's a burden I must now carry for my time being active in this thread.
