Yesterday I installed a u-bolt flip, Timbren bump stops, and added a leaf to my Dakars. Today we're at the exhaust shop getting the driver's side crossover relocated.

Installed Redline Tuning hood struts and an eBay hood LED light strip w/pressure switch...just in time for the darker months, though should’ve done this a long time ago.

Oh man, reviving this topic. You should have seen how amped up all the 4x4ers in UT got over this.

In the immediate aftermath of that carving, there was a lot of people that were ready to (somewhat justifiably) draw and quarter the guy. I know I was pretty upset (and still have a jaded opinion).

Regardless of what you may think about the incident itself, as a recourse for their actions, he's gotten with the appropriate authorities, paid his fines, etc, and then started a big fundraising push for the Leave No Trace program. Last I heard, he raised like $15,000 or so and made some good informational posts to his IG which has an astounding number of followers. Does that excuse his group's behavior? Nope, but learning from your mistakes and trying to improve a situation? I can respect that.

I did research his attempt to make things right, and I do respect him trying to improve the situation, I just thought the organizers should be aware of the situation in case someone is holding a deeper grudge, I travel too Utah on a yearly bases, particularly Moab, and don’t want to see damage like this

Had to take the heat gun to my front mud flaps and fender liners. I'm only running 265/70R17 tires which are 31.5" ish but I had to run 3° of caster to keep them from rubbing on the rear flaps. Molded for a little extra clearance front and back of the front fender well. Took it for a drive and got no rubbing on lock to lock. WIN!

Got my battery in and wired up! Now I just need to hook the solar up and then put my back seat together. Then I can get the Dometic in there

I have that same charge controller and i remember the instructions stating it should be mounted vertically.. Just something to keep in mind! Great looking setup though!

I mounted mine vertically in an old feeder controller box
