Two weeks turnaround time from the moment we hit the GO button if all goes well and no random snags are hit @Lucario Runner

Pricing is for a single color anodize. As of right now that color is gray, if not available, black will be our fallback color.

Sorry @BassAckwards no rainbow anodization for you. :D

Once all measurements have been retaken necessary to ensure that mine were correct on mine we will likely begin to have to throw out half payment deposits down into the money pot. All who have PayPal, I can create a moneypool which will go towards XPO so he can just forward on the money to his work so we can get these pulleys production started. From there we should be looking at a two weeks completion time. ;) Bank.

Okay men, final update before we start getting into taking payment deposits for these pulleys to start production.

I need to be transparent here... No one should expect extra horsepower out of this thing.

The overall goal here is lightening the rotational mass driving the supercharger. Faster revving is the name in this game, just as I stated in the original post.

If all are good with this we shall proceed.

I wonder.... if we sell the design to NST, maybe we'll make all our money back and no one will have to pay anything!

But in seriousness, I'm still in.

Passed the new updated model on to our Production manager. He's looking it over one final time before we get it in the Queue. I will personally order the Pins needed for these, and press them in on my own time to save that step and cost. I will post updates as we get them.

Not saying this will happen as it should be simple to keep dimensions equal to the stock one and just shave off weight, but in the event that we all pay, get these and something is off with the fitment are well all just out the money?

As soon as the first one is off the lathe, I'm going to bolt it on my truck and test it.. IF anything needs to be adjusted, I'm hoping to easily and quickly make said changes, and get it back rolling. It should be pretty much dead on now though since I was able to get the pulley in hand, and check dims. Plus, that's why I passed it off to the Production manager, to get a second set of eyes on the model and to check for anything I may have missed, and make sure all Dims are good to go.

That should be a non issue, as between myself and XPO we have gone over these these dimensions and measurements three times. There is like a .1% chance for error unless the machine shops measurements or cutting equipment is miscalibrated. If that even happens, I'll leave that up to @XPOTRPR to clear up.

nope, shop has "Precision" in its name for a reason lol  Its a regular thing for us to hold parts to .0001 (tenths)... sometimes even Plus or Minus Nothing. If the model/drawing is accurate.. we make it accurate. We are on the higher end of pricing here in Phoenix.. but for good reason. We are a high end shop. 15 HAAS machines in here.. In house waterjet.. In house inspection. All of us here program AND machine... so we dont have multiple hands on a job, everyone knows their programs, what speeds and feeds its running at, what tools, potential issues, etc. Self sufficient machinists.
