First annual WI/midwest camping and 4 wheeling trip this past weekend - such a great time. 11 trucks (all 3 gens) and a 4runner playing in the sand, dirt, water and rocks.

Rustoleum Gloss Khaki with white primer and gloss clear coat. All Same brand. It’s not EXACT, but it’s so damn close that it doesn’t bother me whatsoever

I used while rustoleum primer, rustoleum Gloss Khaki (Walmart has it for about $4), and rustoleum Gloss clear coat. For the big piece, the one that surrounds the radio, pull out on the right most side. Don’t be afraid, it takes a good deal of force, but then the rest will follow. Same with the smaller piece to the left of the steering wheel. For that one, pull the left most side out and the rest follows. That piece is tricky to get off from around the steering wheel so take your time and tilt your wheel and turn signal down. Make sure all clips come out and place on the back of the panel. Then it’s just small Phillips head screws to separate the painted pieces. It’s a super simple process. There are YouTube vids also

Those aren’t rivets. They’re small bolts that are removable. The owner either painted them or replaced them with black ones.

Thanks, I did end up buying a roll of the multicam. It should be in any day. I'll have a definitive answer shortly. :D
