    No digital modes. Thinking of moving up to a FTM-400XDR in the truck for Fusion and APRS. Instead of starting with Baofeng, wish I had spent a little more for a DMR handheld and Zumspot.

    Wasn’t planning to. All the research I’ve done shows nobody preheating them. Since they’re forged, I don’t think it’s as big a deal is if they were cast. The guy on here that sells them pre welded doesn’t preheat them from what I’ve seen and he’s done hundreds of them for folks.
