From the backside pic you added after my reply you look more lean than from the front but I can still see love handles from the front view. I’d say you’re closer to ~12%...sub 10, there ain’t nothing to grab on to

 

I am hunched over in the frontal view, which is why I posted the rear view showing the love handles more accurately. There isnt anything to hold on to. It feels like thin skin. Cant imagine it's doubled though because I'm the same weight, same strength, etc. Regardless, I don't care enough measure it again... or enough to take a proper flexing beauty pic.

 

High fructose corn syrup in that silver bullet plus the Gatorade....dried fruit ain't looking all that bad.

 

Vacation has a way of ruining diets. It was a fun time. I enjoyed myself that weekend.
