I like it. I have a few breakers already from work, along with some cable to run the lines. I was planning on sealing up the cubbies too but I think integrating power also is an excellent idea. Always looking to get two birds stoned at the same time hahaha

Heard about that. Took them a couple hours to clean up since the load dispersed across all lanes. Sucks.

I have the same "half time" concept whenever something dies unexpectedly.

It always takes a minute to accept the reality and move on.

Just dethatched my entire yard with a rake, spread seed, spread fertilizer, raked it all into the soil, reprogrammed my sprinklers, replaced two heads, swapped two other and adjusted all of them. Im ready to sell this bitch and buy a condo. :annoyed:

    Can you come by here?
I need to do our upper yard but not sure what fertilizer to use or when to use it.
The lower yard can go to hell. I'm done with it :) Will kill the grass and pour rock over it. Will need some sort of features out there more attractive that plain rock.

Im a few weeks early since its not quite in the 60s at night but I went ahead and put down perennial ryegrass since my Bermuda was about 75% dormant due to me hating my water bills and turning my sprinklers off all summer ha. As for fertilizer I just used a cheap Scotts starter. Starter is whats recommended for fall/winter overseeding. Bumped the sprinklers up to 3, 10 minute sessions 7 days a week. Hopefully thats enough to get the seed to stick and not give me $500 water bills. Some monsoons would be greatly appreciated, looks like a small one tonight! We shall see how it all works.

This is a good guide for AZ https://www.evergreenturf.com/lawn-care/fall-over-seeding.php

My hands need a break for a few days...

I thought it was still a little too warm to plant winter grass. I usually don’t even bother until October.

Good info in that link thanks.
Had it thatched a while back.
Upper lawn gets a fair amount of shade in the center from a tree. Has some dry spots where grass has a tough time growing.

Might be a long shot, but anyone here or anyone here know anyone who is looking for an engineering technician job? We are looking for a RF technician on my team and have been striking out on people who we have interviewed thus far. Electronics field, hands on work.

Sorry for the massive pic dump, but Utah is friggin amazing and I cannot wait to go back and do some more exploring. BLM land up there has endless options of 4wd roads and camping.

fording the freemont river to start the Cathedral Valley OHV trail. For the most part pretty easy going when dry, a complete disaster if wet.

    Sweet.

In other news, since I seeded my yard today, naturally the storm split and went just north and south of my house.

#notabroverlander. You know this dude's seen some shit if he brought his diesel ranger all the way from Switzerland. Saw some legit off grid rigs with people who ditch civilization for months on end. Tons of van life people. Chatted with a young couple at the falls who have been driving around the country for the last year. They had a killer Mercedes van set up.
