A few mods here and there and counting....
The 2.5 rears they carry are for 0-1.5in of lift. They don’t have the 0-3in lift ones.

Can you tell from the part number if the fronts are EXT?

I'm wondering how long this code is going to last us....

Anyone that ordered Fox stuff from here, how long did it take for you to get your order? Any shipping confirmations or anything before? The website said they are custom order so they don't ship in right away, someone else on here said they were told 4-6 weeks but that's all I saw.

I got my rear shocks Friday. Was told 4 to 6 weeks but could be faster. My rears took 2 weeks. Still waiting on the fronts. No confirmation or tracking sent on the rears they just showed up. :notsure:

I’m 5 weeks in and only 1 rear shock has been delivered. I was told 3 weeks for the fronts from my order date.

I have literally never had such an urge to buy something for my truck up until I came across this thread. It's like a black hole sucking me in.

My rears shipped a couple of days after ordering (2.0 w/adj) and my fronts shipped the next day (2.5 w/adj).
    Neither were marked "custom order".

    Cheers

i have been trying to buy something from Wheelwell for a couple weeks now calling, sending messages and trying the live chat with no luck. they are not returning any calls or messages. how are you guys getting in touch with them?

i feel like this is a sign that i shouldn't be dealing with them. if they wont return a call from someone trying to buy then heaven help someone who is trying to get follow up support. am i wrong?

I'm not saying this in an offensive manner, but could it be because you are from Canada? :canada:
I've been in touch with them via email post online order and they have answered any questions I have about products I ordered. And I know a buddy of mine had talked to them about changing colors on the enkei rpt1 to stock on hand of a different color not listed on the site. Maybe they don't know how to deal with the great north?:notsure:

haha wtf is that supposed to mean? :canada:

not sure how they would know i was from Canada by a message they received through their site support page or from messages on their answering machine (return phone # i guess maybe). I intend to have the items shipped to the US so it shouldn't matter that way and it does appear from their checkout page that they do ship to Canada and take Canadian credit cards. good thought and you never know but i dont feel like that would be the reason.

I've called in twice and haven't had any issues getting ahold of anyone. First time a cs rep picked up, second time there were no reps available and they called back within an hour.
