Hi all. Aus had second surgery late yesterday afternoon. He’s doing really good now. There will be another surgery towards the end of the week and possibly a 4th. Fingers crossed a 4th isn’t needed. He’s gonna be in the hospital a bit.

I have something else going on and I may or may not be around much but will check in when I can.

Ya can’t dig that many taters without something being broke all the time.

 

Season with a lil salt/pepper, brush little with EVO. Cook it hot, cook it quick. Rare to medium rare. Enjoy with taters and a cold beer.
