    I’m just saying. If you’re going to claim 7% or really anything sub10% you shouldn’t be scared to post a pic because you think you’ll get roasted. That alone tells me A) you aren’t as in shape as you think you are and B) you aren’t even confident with the way you look in the first place.

    I’m 5’9 168 and my scale says 14-15% right now. I’ve posted pics. I’m confident with how I look and feel and know I’m progressing how I want. If I was 157 and 7% I’d be walking around nekkid flexing on anyone I could 24/7...

    ...unless I looked like Forky in Toy story 4 and couldn’t get a belt tight enough to keep my pants up

    I think everyone grossly underestimates their body fat percentage. Take what you think you are and add 4-5%.
