    That’s the Tundra shock part #. Will give you a longer extended length but you will also have to limit your bump travel or you will have bottom out issues.

    I’ll be replacing the coils on the Fox 2.5 due to the added weight (bumper and winch)

    I’ll be upgrading to 14 inch, 600 coils. I was wondering if anyone using this setup could give me an estimate of how many threads should I have of preload. I’m looking to get 2.5-3” of lift

    Haven’t changed coils yet. Still on 13” 600. I’ll be putting 14” 650 on soon.

    I would imagine that you’ll be 8 threads higher up the shock body or 1 inch less of preload on the 14” coils at the same weight rating as the 13” coil. If you’ve sagged already on the 13”, make an adjustment, 1/4” lift = 2 threads. Start there and make the fine tune adjustment with the coil overs installed on the truck.

    It’s not just the bumper to consider, it’s everything. Though bumper and winch do play a big part because of leverage, being out in front of the springs.

    People are having great results with the 14” 600 pound springs and a little additional weight. That’d be a good place to start.

    I have steel bumper and winch, beefy sliders, and full skids as well as other extra weight, and no sway bar... so the 650 is good for me. 700 is too much for now.

    im having a hard time finding someone to swap my springs over... any ideas? any auto shop should be able to do it right..? my spring compressor wont get in between the springs and the body of my 2.5s

    You are correct on the body positioning, you are not referring to preload correctly.

    you're probably ok with 600 pound 14" springs. Accutune put out a good guide for added weight and type of spring to go with. https://accutuneoffroad.com/articles/coilover-spring-rates-for-toyota-tacoma-4runner/

    springs can be found locally coming off of others trucks who need to go up in weight rating. At least a few in the bay area going from the 14" 600 lb springs that come with Kings will have them laying around and looking to get rid of them, ask around in the NorCal craigslist thread and have them TW Expressed if they're too far to drive.

    Depends on lift height and wheel size. Generally over 2.5 though. Some as high as 4.5 or 5 degrees.
