I can out double-under allllll you by at least 150.

 

Nothing to be ashamed of. In fact I would classify that as strong as shit. Just not more than me.

I benched 380 @ 220 last time I competed (2009). Fucked up my shoulder in 2013 and couldn't get back above 300 for awhile after that. I put up 365 with ease in the beginning of August though. I think I could've easily gotten 380 that day. I should've went for it.

Not mentioning my weight at the time though...

I have a feeling that I have a higher body fat percentage than all of you guys. I’m working on it though.

For the record, not everyone wants pictures of themselves floating around on the Internet. I’m not criticizing you guys for posting up your selfies/nudes...just saying that there are probably multiple reasons why folks don’t post up photos of themselves.

Having said that, all you guys work hard on getting into and/or staying in shape. And even though not all your goals are the same, you should all be proud of the hard work and progress you’re making.

I usually cover my face with an emoji when I post here. Mainly bc my face looks dumb af when I’m trying to flex, and just in general. But I’ve got selfies all over my IG. No shame. I’m sure some Russian is using my likeness somewhere. I’m flattered

 

If I ever run out of real things to worry about, I’ll start being concerned with some hacker pirating my selfies.

I’m not confident in how I look. Even if I had the best bod in the world I won’t be confident. Because some asshole will always find a way to say something nasty. We’ll your arms aren’t big enough. Well your quads are too small. You’re a pencil neck. Or it doesn’t matter how lean you are with no mass.

I’m happy with me and I’m doing how I want to. No one else’s opinion matters.

 

Fuck ‘em. I’m built like one of those Men in Black alien worms and am still confident.

Not worried, but genuinely not caring enough to try to figure it out or refute the comments. Maybe I'll restrict some calories and run a little harder for the next month?... more like just tomorrow, and only for part of the day. I may have been 6% at one point, and the only way to get back there is honesty and motivation. One of which this forum provides, and the other I struggle to properly harness. I don't think I'm out of shape or headed in that direction anytime soon though either.

 

Switch to a bulking diet and you are all good.

 

You look good for a 6”2’ endurance athlete.

I will pass on your diet to my brother. He’s 6’4” and wanting to be around 190. I tell him he eats too many fucking carbs be he doesn’t believe me lol
