    Haven't mounted it just yet but most likely mounting it directly behind the light on the sheet metal support. Shouldn't be in the way there I don't think. Might go search through old posts and see where others have mounted theirs.

    I gave my old s1 kit to my dad and he needed the resistors. So I just stuck them on the inside on the backside of the bed. So inside left and inside right of the taillight opening. Seems to be out of the way but gives plenty of room to pull out the light again if need be.

    @MESO, I’m interested to get the S1, the website pic doesn’t show the resistors included. (The install video does). Is it needed for hyper flashing? Do I need to get it separately? Thx!

    You won't get resistors with your order.

    IF you end up with hyperflash during normal operations (signaling to go left Inna forward gear, for example) then contact @MESO and he'll get you the proper resistors.

    As is stated, vast majority of trucks do not need them.

    Just don't do what I did (before installing this mod) and mix up the upper and lower lights in the "C" area. When I went to install the stage 1s I realized I must've done this (when I swapped housings a month or so ago) as my brake light/blinkers were on opposite corners. OOPS!

    Note: this doesn't matter when installing the stage 1s AFAIK since it uses the entire "C" area.

    Sup guys, I’m kinda new to this thread and purchased the stage 1s the other day. I’m sure this has been covered and don’t have time to go through all 188 pages but what did you guys do to mount the resistors?

    Double sided tape? Screws? Pictures will be helpful if you guys have any. Thank you and I apologize if this has been covered already (I’m sure it has)

    With an OR you shouldn't need resistors... for that matter, if you purchased recently, you won't even get resistors in the box with the other goodies... o_O
