    At least I have the gonads to do it and take the criticism. Post it up fellas.

    It is tough to judge body fat from pictures when the pictures we have of body fat percentages are from bodybuilders who are photo shopped, in perfectly flattering postures, more muscular, and have likely taken diuretics for days to increase definition. I don't agree with a 12% estimate, but unless someone wants to pay for me to have another dxa, we will never know. Here is a great comparison. There is a rookie wide receiver in the nfl named DK Metcalf. His dxa was 1.6%. Yes, that is not a typo - 1.6%. He has what appears to be love handles in his beauty pics. If that guy is 1.6% there is no way I'm 12% based off a pic where I'm not flexing and haven't torched my system with diuretics to increase definition. I cant argue that I am no longer 6% since that measurement has been a couple years, I don't honestly know, but I do not think I would look the way I do if I had 21.6lbs of fat at my current height and weight (which is 12% of 180lbs). Maybe I've put on another couple pounds, but there is no way I have 21.6lbs of fat on my bones. I wouldn't be able to run the distances I run. There is my defense. Please continue the debate.

    Ok I'll play. I'm 5'10 172lbs. I'm currently week 9 of my cut. These were both taken yesterday. Flexing in both obv and no filters. One was right after a chest workout. Like I said, I think I'm in the 12-14% range.

    Am I confident with the way I look? Yes. Am I happy with the way I look? Not yet.
