Don’t currently possess it just yet, but thinking along the lines of simple bars from relentless or 4xinnovations. I’m mostly on the lookout for 5 to 6 inches above the bed rails.

Mine sits about 3.5” from the bed rail to the bottom on the bar. I love it, but pulling a 65 qt. cooler from the front of the bed with a bed mat is difficult. I’m designing a bed slide, but the bar height is forcing some creative solutions in regard to clearance.

Yeah I’ve read some stuff about anything under 5 inches is a pain and the window closest to the cab doesn’t open. Looks like you got yours from 4x as well?

We can get the window partially open, but a little higher would be good.

You can always get some of these... 60" slides that support 500lbs, attach some plywood, BOOM!

Haha sounds like me and my ideas for a cheap bed drawer system. Thinking about just throwing a thick slab of OSB over the wheel wells. I like the idea of at least hiding some stuff in the bed for our camp trips

haha? have you ever received a paper registration tag in the past 10 years? Also one of the first things they do is try to change the color of the truck, that truck was 3 different colors. The other side was all black. Who does that?

its way cheaper than a bed slide! I would want stainless though... those are zinc coated.

    I was being facetious

That concerned me, too. I’m looking at the larger components in aluminum.

oh i know but i was just pointing out the red flags that went off when i first saw the truck. 2 mexicans walked up to it and loaded a toilet into the back and drove off from my local home depot.
