    I was at fletc for 3 months. Not much different than what I do now. Powerlifting focus on the big 3 then hypertrophy on the accessories.

    Fasted cardio in the morning about 3x a week, defensive tactics (wrestling, grappling etc) 3x week and other sprint work. Oh and not eating like a jackass.

    This is the only way I’d do a home gym.

    Goals are to get my shack I currently reside in paid off so I can slowly build cash to build my next place myself. I’d love to have a complete set up like this. Outside equipment would be nice too even if it would only be usable where I am a few months of the year.

    Motivates me to keep workin the plan.
