    Good morning all.

    I have to drop my parents car in for service. Check engine light is on. '10 Mercedes GLK350 = :spending:... Not to mention the dealer is 45 minutes away. At least I'll get a new loaner. Last time it as an E350 which, by the by, does turn 7000 rpm! :D

    Thank you for sharing. For me, I would want option #2. With the shim option, could it become loose over time putting you back @ square one again? With total replacement, new materials, adhesives, and hardware have seen big improvements over the years. I understand your concerns with ROM, but how is your walking now? Just my opinion, food for thought. Glad your Brother is there for you. Good luck!
