I run 20x10 -24 offset with 35x12.5 tires and have the cab mount chop. It still rubs. I went offroading a week ago and the rubbing is pretty bad now. When i say bad: i rub with just me in the car, on full locked left, wavy up and down roads, driveway dips i have to slow down to like 5 mph to not rub.
I probably need to get an alignment. A shop said i can do a super aggressive body mount shop curving along the mount instead of a flat straight cut. It seemed to extreme for me. I am also hoping 650-700lb spring softens my ride, not exactly sure which 1 i need.

I just ended up ordering the alpine designs body mount relocation kit so that I won't have to worry about it anymore. Its a real pain in the ass to rub that bad.

pro comp six inch lift, 35 in tires, pro comp skid plate, custom subwoofer box, led interior,
So I just installed some king 2.5 on all four corners.
But now I have some old pro comp coil overs (no spacer, full coilover) and rear mono tubes. Obviously for 6 in lift only.
    About 35,000 miles on them.

Would anyone be interested in purchasing? I can upload some pics.
    Taking any offers.

So I'm about to pull the trigger on UCAs. I'm on a Fabtech 6" kit with the Fox coil overs and shocks from BDS. I'm thinking about going with JBAs. Should I order the high caster arms or the stock replacement arms? Not sure which route to go with a 6" DB kit.

Also any reason to go SPC instead of JBA? Will I need the extra adjustment capability to get my alignment right?

What kinda shocks do you have? Do you run spacers to fit the 17x9?

I just ordered the Camburg Billet UCAs, you can adjust the caster
"A new design we incorporated is the ability to adjust/tune caster 2 degrees by changing the orientation of the spacers in the heim joints. We have a standard setting that puts caster around 3-3.5 degrees and a high caster setting of 5-5.5 degrees for the serious off-roaders or highly lifted trucks that are already low on caster."

    They are pricey tho....

Why does the procomp kit (K5089B) come pictured with two crossmembers? I thought we only had to cut the front?

Depending on what you have in/on your bed and overall weight of the truck. With my truck empty, I achieved a little over 6" with OME Dakar original (heavy pack nowadays) and an Archive Garage shackle flip set at the tallest setting. No blocks, not custom leafpack.

My truck is an 08 Access Cab Sport. With my custom AL camper shell (~200-250# with ARB Awning) and a custom bed platform/drawer (~300# fully loaded), I sat at about 5.5-5.75".

Earlier this year I went back down to 3-3.5" lift and swapped to the Hammer Hangers. The Archive Garage shackle flip is sitting in a box in my garage, not being used............................

You do not cut the "front" its the rear front cross-member that allows for the front driveshaft to have room due to drop bracket of the front differential. The front crossmember is what hangs down below the existing crossmember to allow new mounting points for the control arms thus dropping the front end and differential down. It doesn't need to be cut. see my pix below:
front x member 2.jpg this is the "front" front x-member as can see it is a drop bracket to the existing LCA mounts and differential mounts basically sits below the existing x member with zero cutting.

    front rear x member 2.jpg
this is the "rear" front x member where you need to cut the existing x member to make room for the front driveshaft due to the front diff being lowered.

Any more questions PM me or search throughout this thread. Tons of good info on here which inspired me to build my truck.

Thanks for the response man. Sorry I wasnt thinking haha. Had to rewatch a few videos and read your post a couple times, then realized you need two crossmembers to drop down the LCA's
