Thanks. I’ll try that. I’ve been fucking around with 1/4 waves, I even have a yard stick and adjust the height by frequency. But it still drops that HD. So which 2M antenna are you using? I have a 2M/70cm for my ham, are you using a single band 2M? Odd something that long would work for the upper FM broadcast frequencies but at this point I’v tried all the “correct” wavelengths so I’m happy to try off phase.

I had a extra Larsen 5/8ths 2M nmo antenna laying around, also swap it out from the radio to my APRS beacon when needed, so I keep it tuned for 2m instead of the AM/FM bands- but it still works much better than the built in OEM AM/FM antenna.
